This 4-star hotel is housed within a 19th Century mansion and set within 30 acres of peaceful countryside, approximately 3 miles from the centre of Aberdeen. All 119 spacious bedrooms are stylishly decorated with quality furnishings and equipped with hairdryer, TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The public areas contain many original period features including a stunning original staircase. The Drawing Room, with its grand fireplace, opulent furniture and rich wood panelling, is the perfect place to relax. Complimentary leisure facilities include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, spa bath steam room and gym.




Monday 18th June

Our ‘Door to Door’ service will collect you from home and take you to the tour coach at the Sea Terminal. Once everyone is comfortably seated the coach will travel on the morning sailing to Heysham. The journey on arrival at Heysham will take us to our overnight hotel. The Cairn Hotel, Bathgate located between Glasgow and Edinburgh. Regular comfort stops will be taken en route.

Tuesday 19th June

The final leg of the journey will be taken to reach our holiday base at the Mercure Aberdeen Ardoe House Hotel and Spa.

Wednesday 20th to Saturday 23rd June

Our packaged tour of Royal Deeside includes 4 full day excursions.

Sunday 24th June

Depart this morning to travel to the Gilsland Hall Hotel, near Carlisle for our overnight stay.

Monday 25th June

A shorter journey this morning to Heysham. The afternoon sailing is taken to Douglas, on arrival at the Sea Terminal our ‘Door to Door’ service will take you back home.
